Exhibitor - We Buy Leases

Funding Source for the following:

• Product Types (fixed rate):True Lease, TRAC, Finance Lease, Loan.
• Product Type (floating rate):Loans.
• Minimum Transactions Size: $750,000.
• Maximum Transaction Size $10,000,000.
• Term 3 - 7 years.
• Territory definition: Continental United States.
• Pricing - 150+ for tax business and 200+ for non-tax business.
• Credit Profile - Investment Grade, Near Investment Grade and Middle Market. We do most business with companies matching BB+ through B+ profiles. At a minimum, we'd like to see an entity that has been in business for at least 5 years and has annual revenues of at least $5 million with consistent, profitable earnings history. Our focus is on cash flow, balance sheet and trends as opposed to collateralized transactions; no start-ups or "story" credits.
• Equipment Preference - AmSouth is a generalist but prefers financing of "hard" assets, and we have a preference for manufacturing, transportation, printing, plastics and construction. Dislikes include commercial aircraft, telecom and semiconductor.
• Industry - We are generalists overall, but we do most business in Construction, Manufacturing, Rail and Rail Maintenance, Road Construction, Printing, Trucking and Transportation, and Utilities/Energy.
