Rafael Castillo-Triana, the Alta Group Principal for Latin America, will share with the attendees relevant information, experience and discussion of opportunities and risk management for doing leasing and equipment financing in Latin America and the Caribbean. This presentation will discuss how to integrate online and off-line communications, take advantage of PR opportunities specific to the equipment finance industry, and avoid damage to your brand or reputation. Susan Carol, a professionally accredited public relations counselor with more than 2 decades of experience, will specifically address how equipment leasing and finance organizations can maximize their Web presence, take full advantage of special events, and use measurable communications strategy. She founded Susan Carol Associates Public Relations in 1989, following employment at MCI and before that the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association.

With 30+ years in the equipment leasing and finance industry, Jerry Parrotto, Executive Editor and Publisher of the Monitor brings his unique perspective to attendees of this year's Lessors Networking Showcase. His career path has taken him from banking to leasing, where he served in management capacities at Industrial Valley Bank, Citicorp, Seafirst Leasing and MetLife. In 1988, he joined Molloy Associates as an executive recruiter and publisher and, in 1998, became the sole owner of the enterprise.

Jerry will speak to the evolution of the Monitor 100, from its inception and launch in 1992 to the present day as well as the overall mission of the Monitor and its website, www.monitordaily.com. Through the eyes of a publisher, he will provide attendees with his view of the dynamics that have shaped today's equipment leasing industry.
