Event Registration Terms & Conditions
    General

  • Terms and Conditions defined in the Lessors Network's Terms of Use Agreement shall be in inclusive with the following "Event Registration Terms and Conditions".

  • The Lessors Network makes no representation or warranties with respect to the nature or volume or value of events or participants.

  • Photographs of exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and attendees may be taken by the Lessors Network and news media. By registering for Lessor Network events you authorize the use of any photograph taken of you.

  • The Lessors Network issues press releases promoting events. By registering for a Lessors Network event you authorize the Lessors Network to issue press releases promoting your past and future participation in our events.

  • The Lessors Network will set both a minimum and maximum number of participants for each event. The Lessors Network will not host events where an insufficient number of Registrations fail to ensure the overall success of the event.

  • The Lessors Network reserves the right to regulate the award, invitation and confirmation of all the Lessors Network event participants and agenda, including but not limited to the award, confirmation and assignment of Exhibitors, Speakers, Sponsors, Advertisers and Attendees as may be deemed appropriate, solely by the Lessors Network, to ensure the general success and overall well being of the Lessors Network events.

  • Information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials (the "Content"), submitted to the Lessors Network are the sole responsibility of the source from which such Content originated. The Lessors Network and its designees reserve the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to use all or any portion of the Content for marketing, advertising and promotion of Lessors Network events. For the purposes of such marketing, advertising and promotion of Lessors Network events, you grant permission for the Lessors Network to capture, resize and publish images of your company logo.

  • The Lessors Network reserves the right to cancel events. Should an event be canceled, the Lessors Network's liability shall be limited to the registration fee paid and received by the Lessors Network.

    Travel Expenses

  • All travel & lodging expenses are the responsibility of each participant as the Lessors Network does not provide for the reimbursement travel expenses.

    Registration Fees

  • Payment for registration fees are due in U.S. currency at the time online registration is submitted and received by the Lessors Network.

  • Registration Fees are considered fully earned and non-refundable, except as provided in this agreement, without regard to the quantity, quality or suitability of events hosted by the Lessors Network. Failure to pay all amounts when due may result in denial of all access to and use of the Lessors Network's events without notice or explanation.

  • Registration fees may be paid by the following approved credit cards -

  • Registration fees may be paid by company and/or personal check, drawn on a U.S. bank, within 7 days of online registration. Add $25 for checks drawn on a bank outside the U.S.

    Registration Confirmation

  • All registrations must be reviewed, approved and confirmed by the Lessors Network.

    Attendees

    • Upon receipt of payment of amounts due, email confirmation from the Lessors Network will be made to the email address provided in the attendee registration.

    • Registration fees will be fully refunded to attendees not confirmed by the Lessors Network.

    Exhibitor

    • Upon receipt of payment of amounts due, email confirmation from the Lessors Network will be made to the contact person designated in the exhbitor registration for companies approved and invited by the Lessors Network to participate in each event.

    • Registration fees will be fully refunded to companies not invited to participate in the Lessors Network event.

    Sponsors

    • Upon receipt of payment of amounts due, email confirmation from the Lessors Network will be made to the contact person designated in the sponsor registration for companies approved and invited by the Lessors Network to participate in each event.

    • Registration fees will be fully refunded to companies not invited to participate in the Lessors Network event.

    Registration Cancellation | Refunds | Substitutions

    NOTICE: Discounted Registration Fees (amounts up to and including $500) are not refundable. Amounts over $500 are subject to the terms and conditions provided below.

  • The Lessors Network reserves the right to cancel events. Should an event be canceled, the Lessors Network's liability shall be limited to the registration fee paid and received by the Lessors Network.

    Attendees

    • Written cancellations up to six weeks prior to the start date of the event will be entitled to a 75% refund.

    • Cancellations received after six weeks prior to the start date of the event are not refundable.

    • Attendee substitutions within the same company can be made up to two weeks prior to the start date of the event. Individual Member Attendee Registration & "Complimentary" Attendee Registrations may not be substituted.

    • Only written attendee substitutions made six weeks prior to the start date of the event will be included in attendees lists distributed at the event.

    Exhibitor

    • Exhibitor cancellations are not refundable.

    • Exhibitors submitting written cancellations up to six weeks prior to the start date of the event will be deleted from the on-line and printed event materials.

    Sponsors

    • Sponsor cancellations are not refundable.

    • Sponsors submitting written cancellations up to six weeks prior to the start date of the event will be deleted from the on-line and printed conference materials.

    Indemnity

    • You agree to participate in Lessors Network events at your own risk. You further agree to indemnify and hold the Lessors Network, and their officers, agents and employees, harmless from any and all liability or cost, including reasonable attorney's fees, associated with or arrising from the participation in any Lessors Network event.
