As Director of Sales and Marketing, Ms. Simone oversees the development of new products and services that support the employee benefits brokerage and consulting services provided in Willis' 46 branch offices. Ms. Simone also serves as a national contact for new business development, both domestic and international, and regularly consults with clients on their health and welfare programs.

Ms. Simone has 10 years experience in employee benefits and group insurance. She began her career working for a national insurance carrier in Key Account Sales. Subsequently, she worked for a national employee benefit consulting firm in Atlanta for 4 years before joining Willis in July 2002.

During the course of her career, Ms. Simone has provided consulting and brokerage expertise to a variety of public and private organizations and is a regular speaker at industry events. She has studied extensively, as well as participated in the development of several benefits administration products.
