Construction equipment exhibition to draw 40% more exhibitors

Kolkata, Nov 7: Construction equipment exhibition BC India 2013 is expected to see a nearly 40 per cent rise in the number of exhibitors compared with the previous edition.

To be held between February 5 and 8, 2013 in Mumbai, the biennial exhibition is organised by BC India Expo Pvt Ltd, a joint venture between global trade fair organiser Messe Munchen International (MMI) and the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM). Kolkata-headquartered Srei Equipment Finance Pvt Ltd is one of the members of the advisory board of the exhibition.

“With 508 exhibitors from 10 major countries, the first edition of our exhibition received an overwhelming response from the Indian construction equipment industry. For the 2013 edition, we expect at least 700 exhibitors,” Thomas Loffler, Chief Executive Officer, BC Expo India, said here on Wednesday.
