Credit Churchill Technology Finance: Managed the credit desk for a regional lessor.

EVP HAPL Leasing /Hirsch International Corp. (NASDAQ: HRSH) Hired by Hirsch prior to the companies IPO, Purpose of IPO was to develop a captive finance subsidiary and acquire Pulse Micro Systems, Inc Toronto. Active participant in the company’s IPO and dog and pony shows. Developed and managed the HAPL captive leasing organization from the ground up. Although, the HAPL leasing subsidiary only represented 11% of the parent’s gross revenue, it contributed over 25% of the company’s net earnings. .

VP Marketing HIRSCH INTERNATIONAL CORP., (NASDAQ: HRSH) – I was promoted to VP Marketing of Hirsch International. In addition to my executive leasing responsibilities I was responsible for the corporate marketing plan which included pricing, market penetration, print advertising, 35 major industry trade shows across the country. VP TDP Leasing: Created an equipment leasing sub for TDP Leasing which was a dealer funding automobile lessor and subsidiary of The Dartmouth Plan. The Dartmouth Plan was a large national 2nd mortgage company and the second largest

ESOP behind AVIS. I was promoted to VP in charge of all leasing operations. VP Capro Leasing Corp.: Hired to manage the turn around of the equipment leasing subsidiary of a high line automobile lessor. Brought delinquency under control and returned the company to a profitable operating level over fourteen months.
