The Lessors Network Sales Recruitment Group is a niche recruitment consultancy specializing exclusively in seasoned sales professionals active in the U.S. equipment lease finance markets.

The Staff of the Lessors Network Sales Recruitment Group are not traditional HR professionals. We are retired leasing executives, previously responsible for hiring and managing sales personnel for national banks, regional banks, captive lessors and independent equipment finance companies. Each of our staff has over twenty-five (25) years equipment leasing experience, interviewing, hiring and managing equipment lease finance sales personnel.

Client companies will be expected to enter into a letter agreement authorizing our services. Unlike traditional search firms, the Lessors Network Sales Recruitment Group charges a flat fee of $3,000 for successful placements without consideration of employee compensation.
